The b3verse is a collection of R packages designed to streamline biodiversity indicator calculations from occurrence cubes. Instead of a single package, it provides an integrated set of interoperable tools that enhance efficiency, reproducibility, and accessibility in biodiversity data analysis.

It includes six core packages: rgbif and gcube for data generation, b3gbi, pdindicatoR, and impIndicator for biodiversity indicator calculations, and dubicube for uncertainty estimation. These tools support workflows for downloading, simulating, and analysing biodiversity data.

Maintained on an R-Universe platform, the b3verse ensures continuous updates, easy installation, and collaboration. It follows the B-Cubed software development guidelines, aligning with best practices for open-source biodiversity data analysis.
